Nelamir offers 42 rooms in three categories. The Deluxe King is the standard double for two adults. The Harbour View Suite comprises a king bedroom and a sitting room with an improved street outlook; it is not classified as a penthouse. The Executive Twin provides two beds. Photographs show the rooms as presented. Starting rates for 2026 are in Australian dollars, GST included, with breakfast prepared on site. Rates vary by season and length of stay. Any reduction is stated in the confirmation. Occupancy, smoking, extra beds, and quiet hours from 22:00 apply as printed on each card. Each button links to the request form on this page. If a category is unavailable, an alternative will be offered in writing.

Deluxe King

From AUD 420 / night

King bed, blackout, desk suitable for a laptop, and an ensuite shower. Twenty-four of 42 rooms are this category. Typical stay: two to three nights.

Guarantee. Rooms are available from 15:00. Linen is laundered on site. A spare set is provided in the wardrobe. If a fault cannot be rectified before night, the guest is relocated or the night is refunded.

Conditions. Two adults. A cot is complimentary if requested at booking. No smoking. Quiet hours from 22:00. Cancellation without charge until 14:00 the day before arrival.

Harbour View Suite

King bedroom and sitting room with a table for two. Eight suites face the brighter end of the street, with water light on clear evenings. Intended for longer stays and in-room dining.

Guarantee. Sitting-room linen and glassware are reset daily. A suite fault is treated as a whole-room fault.

Conditions. Two adults and one child on a cot. Not available for functions. Extra beds are not added. Minimum two nights on Friday and Saturday in peak weeks of 2026.

Executive Twin room at Nelamir

Executive Twin

From AUD 390 / night

Two full beds, two luggage racks, and additional wardrobe space. Ten twin rooms are allocated to colleagues, friends, and families who require two beds.

Guarantee. Both beds are prepared to the same standard. If a mattress is the subject of a complaint, it is replaced or the stay is relocated that night.

Conditions. Two adults, or two adults and one infant in a cot. Rollaways are not used. Cancellation as for Deluxe King. Connecting doors exist on two pairs only and must be requested at booking.

What the room rate includes

The 2026 room rate includes breakfast prepared on site, blackout, and a made bed at the advertised check-in time. Housekeeping operates during daytime hours. Faults are logged in the overnight handover and the electronic record. The owner’s office is on the premises. The hotel does not operate a large club lounge. Preferences stated on the form (quiet floor, cot, connecting rooms) are applied where occupancy permits.

  2. Blackout and mattress specification are treated as standard room equipment.
  3. With 42 rooms, the night manager can inspect all corridors before midnight.
  4. Housekeeping operates during daytime hours so late sleepers are not disturbed for turnover.
  5. Only the three published room types are sold. There is no unpublished compact category.
  6. Faults are logged in the overnight handover and the electronic system.
  7. The owner’s office is in the building. Room complaints are handled on site.

Reservations

Room request form

Reservations are confirmed by staff after review of occupancy. Complete the form with legal names, check-in and check-out dates, preferred room type, and the number of guests. State cots, connecting twins, late flights, or a quieter floor in the notes. A success note indicates the request was accepted. An error note indicates a failed field; nothing is sent.
