Company
Nelamir is operated by Nelamir Hospitality Pty Ltd (ACN 629 471 853), owned by Callum Renshaw. The company was established to manage this hotel at 34 Thomas Street, Sydney, as a single property. Operations in 2026 comprise one address, one kitchen, and an on-site management office adjacent to reception. The building was converted for hotel use; subsequent works have included stair repair and reopening of the rear terrace in response to guest demand for an outdoor area. The photographs on this page show the lobby and the terrace as currently presented to guests. Staffing, reservations, and guest correspondence are handled by the company at this address.

Principles
The following principles govern hiring, purchasing, and guest communications in 2026. They are used when assessing event requests, night-desk procedures, and room descriptions. The company does not claim to be the leading hotel in the harbour. It undertakes to fulfil confirmed reservations at 34 Thomas Street. Guests may refer to this list if a stay does not meet the stated standard. The five points below are the current operating brief.
Guest rooms are planned for sleep and quiet. Services that prevent rest are not offered.
The kitchen prepares meals for in-house guests. Menus follow seasonal supply and service hours.
Reception provides accurate local information, including walking times, opening hours, and transport options.
Existing fabric and plant are maintained before optional upgrades are commissioned.
Staff are identified by name. Guest messages are recorded in writing and handed over between shifts.
